For generations, both sides of our family have been making fine wines with a deep respect for tradition. A winemaking pedigree that we are all extremely proud of.

We focus on quality above quantity.
Many of our most desirable boutique wines have limited availability, and are at times, very difficult to acquire. If you are a fan of 8th Generation wines, we invite you to join our Lineage Wine Club.

All Lineage Club members enjoy the following benefits:

  • 10% Discount on all wine orders (online & in store)
  • No membership fee.
  • Lineage Wine Club Members get first option privileges on new wine releases.
  • One complimentary wine tasting/ year for Club member and 5 friends.
  • Wine will be shipped in Spring, Summer, and Winter

But also:

    • Rural delivery charges may apply to remote areas.
    • Wine Club members must receive a minimum of 3 shipments before cancelling their membership. After which, membership can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the current shipment, or will otherwise apply to next shipment.

 

What are the Wine Club Membership policies?

  • All prices include British Columbia’s LST (10% Liquor Sales Tax).
  • All shipments are subject to BC sales taxes (5% GST)
  • Shipping and handling to your area is an additional charge. Please see shipping costs by province.
  • Customs and duty regulations prevent us from shipping outside of Canada.
  • Shipments will be scheduled in March, June & November each year.
  • E-mail notification of a shipment and package details will be sent in advance.
  • Each shipment will be automatically charged to your credit card prior to shipping.
  • Maintaining up to date account details and address changes are the responsibility of the member. Additional shipping charges (returns, reroutes) will apply if your package is undeliverable.
  • If you are unable to receive your shipment, please request alternate shipping arrangements by emailing office@8thgeneration.com
  • You are welcome to switch between package types as long as it is before the cut-off date prior to the shipment. To change your subscription preference please contact us directly by e-mail or phone. You will receive a confirmation once the change has been made.
  • Membership is for a minimum of three shipments with automatic renewal.
  • Membership may be cancelled after the third shipment but must be before the cut-off date prior to the next shipment.
  • You must be of legal drinking age (19) to join the Lineage Club

FAQ

  • Think of it like a subscription service that sends you wine in March, June and November.
  • For each of these months, you can expect an email 2-3 weeks prior to the shipping date with the following information:
    • wine selection for the shipment
    • key dates including the cut off day for customization
    • payment processing date
    • expected shipping day or pick up date 
  • Be sure to add office@8thgeneration.com as a safe sender in your inbox so you never miss a notification.
  • There are no membership fees.
  • You only pay for the wines in your shipment. You can expect the average annual cost (ie. 36 bottles of wine) to be approximately $750,- plus tax. If you modify the wines in your shipment, the cost will adjust according to the price of those wines.
  • There are no extra fees. You only pay for the wine that is delivered directly to your door.
  • Shipping costs do apply.
  • You receive a 10% discount on all wine purchases (Discount does not apply to already discounted products) 
  • Priority to pre-released wines, which means you receive them before anyone else can buy them.
  • One free tasting for you and 5 friends in our farmhouse tasting room.
  • Discounted $20 shipping Canada-wide to your door step (for 12 bottle orders).
  • Only Club member receive free shipping for 2 case purchases.

  • If you love all our wines and want to get them shipped to your door- joining our wine club is definitly something for you!

  • Place your additional order in our online store. You must login first, to access all available wines and receive your member discount.
  • Packages are automatically charged (prior to shipment) to your credit card based on your chosen subscription at sign-up.
  • YES! Simply add the shipping address of the person/company you would like to send it to.
    We will process your credit card and invoices will get sent directly to you. No receipt will be included in the shipment.
    You even have the option to include a gift message.
  • For the 6 bottle Winemaker club member the following shipping charges apply:

    BC: $35 **

    For all 12 bottles purchases (Vineyardist Lineage Club members) the shipping is $20 discounted.
    All 2 case orders (24 bottles) still receive free shipping**.
    Any ATS redelivery incurs in an additional fee of $20 for each attempt which will get charged back to the member.
    ** (additional shipping charges may apply to rural areas, at 8th Generation Vineyards discretion)

  • We use ATS Healthcare as they provide a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Optional: we offer Canada Post as an alternate shipper. If you’re not home during a delivery, a delivery slip will be left on your door with the closest post office for pickup. The Post Office will typically hold your shipment for 10 business days before sending it back to us. Additional shipping charges (returns, reroutes) will apply if your package is undeliverable.
  • If you will be away for an extended period of time, request a delayed delivery date for your shipment or include your preferred delivery date in the order notes for your shipment.
