Refreshing red fruits greet your nose in this Beaujolais-style unoaked red! The palate bursts with flavours of ripe cherry, black currant & haskap berry with a firm structure due to partial skin contact prior pressing the grapes. NO OAK notes, as the wine is only fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Such a unique & different red wine style with a long finish of bursting red fruit flavours.

Winemaker Notes
After harvest the grapes are destemmed, and ferment on the skins in a stainless steel tank. After 10 days the batch gets pressed and only the juice continues with the fermentation. That way, less tannins end up in the wine and the result is a very fruit forward red-wine expression. The wine gets finished only in stainless steel and never touches any oak barrel. Carefully filtered to preserve a hint of C02 from fermentation in the wine. Right away bottled in January 2024. Closed with a tin lined screwcap, which seals the wine fully and preserves the freshness the longest.

This bright and juicy style of red wine pairs perfectly with BBQ, spicy dishes, and any type of salad. Hands down- this is the best turkey dinner wine! Drink now. Always serve chilled!
