When making the wines, we consciously do without the many available wine treatment products. Our goal is to simply press the grapes in the gentlest way and ferment the pre-clarified grape juice into wine. As it has been done for millennia. Clean and precise.  

We remain uncompromising, using 100% BC fruit exclusively in our BC land-based winery. We are committed to high standards and for us it all starts with the terroir the fruit is coming from.
