We remain uncompromising, using 100% BC grapes exclusively in our BC land-based winery. The limited vintages of 2023 and 2024 prompted us to create a blend from multiple years to maintain this commitment. The vibrant character and high quality of this blend highlight 8th Generation's dedication to excellence.
We maintain high standards - for us it all starts with the terroir the fruit is coming from.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Juicy strawberries and tangerine citrus excite your nose before a mousse of the teeny-tiniest bubbles imaginable tingle your tastebuds with refreshing pomelo, strawberry and sweet pink grapefruit flavours. Bright acidity leads into a long tangerine finish. A notch drier than the prior 2022 release. Equally great sipper or food wine to celebrate everything big or small in life.
Production Notes
THE BLEND: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Meunier (pressed skins from the Blanc de Noir), Cabernet Sauvignon and Kerner grapes, picked across the 2022, 2023 and 2024 harvests.
Winemaker Notes
We capture and store the CO2 produced during fermentation and gradually reintroduce it into the wine to create gentle, effervescent bubbles. This method eliminates the need for a second fermentation (which would be part of a traditional Champagne process) or aging on yeast ("sur lie"). As a result, the wine is younger and fresher, showcasing powerful and intense fruit flavors. You might think of it as "an Okanagan version" of Prosecco.
Food Pairing Notes
LUNCH, BRUNCH, DINNER, BEFORE or AFTER… this wine pairs easily with any meal. It boasts an intense fruity aroma and refreshing acidity, making it an outstanding and exciting choice for food. The soft fizz also enhances its flavor throughout your dining experience.
